Computational facility
The center plans to set up a HPC cluster of about 1000 computing cores (latest Intel Xeon processors) and with a total storage capacity of about 1000 TB. Special high performance interconect fabric (infiniband) will be used to wire up the compute nodes. The machine is likely to have a peak performance of the order of a few tens of TFLOPS.
